Who is responsible

The controller of personal data on demo.worksmarter.pl is Bartosz Sękiewicz, a natural person. Contact: bartosz.pawel.sekiewicz@gmail.com.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. The demos show an analytics consent banner, but no analytics runs in them. Your choice on the banner is stored only in your browser so that the banner does not show again. The enquiry form in the demo sends nothing.

Server logs

On every visit the server records technical data: your IP address, the time, the requested address and your browser identifier. They are kept for security and to diagnose faults. The legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are deleted after at most 90 days and are not used for analytics or profiling.

Messages

If you send an email, I process your address and the message to reply, for as long as the matter requires.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).
